PFA 1000. Insulating panel for façade cladding, with concealed fixing.
Panel designed for exterior façade cladding. It can be applied vertically or horizontally.
Its concealed fastening system protects the fasteners and gives it an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Description
It consists of two profiled steel sheets interconnected by rigid Polyurethane (PUR B3, PUR B2) or Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam insulation, providing excellent mechanical behaviour and the highest thermal insulation.
It is manufactured with a usable width of 1100 mm or 1000 mm only for the panel with external face.
Micro-profiled. The rest of the profiles are manufactured with a useful width of 1000 mm.
Fits laterally with other panels to cover a surface.
Fixing is done with a self-drilling screw in the socket area.

METAL SUPPORT
- Rolled steel (EN 508; EN 10143), galvanised (EN 10346) and prepainted (EN 10169)
Note: steel thickness on request. A minimum thickness of 0.6 mm is required for the Plain cladding panel.
COATING
- Standard: 5 μm primer + 20 μm polyester paint
- For special applications (1): PVDF, HDX

INSULATION CORE
- Polyurethane rigid foam - PUR B3, non-flammable class PND*.
- Polyurethane rigid foam - PUR B2, reaction to fire class B s2 d0
- Polyisocyanurate rigid foam - PIR, with reaction to fire class B s1 d0
- Average density: 40 kg/m3 ± 10%
- Thermal conductivity λ= 0,025 W/m.K
- CFC-free foam
Mechanical characteristics:
Adhesion (tensile strength on substrate) > 0,018 Mpa
Compressive strength for 10% deformation > 0.100 Mpa
