Likewise, COVER is exonerated from any liability for any loss or damage that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects and omissions in the information provided, provided that it comes from outside sources.
General Conditions of Purchase
Please read the following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before using our services:
I.- Scope of application
All contracts, purchases of products and services shall be made in accordance with these terms and conditions. These general conditions of purchase shall apply to all future transactions without the need for a new express agreement.
By placing an order, the customer undertakes to enter into the purchase contract, as set out in these terms and conditions, with COVER.
COVER. offers the marketing of its products and services in the European Union. However, if a user is interested in receiving any item outside the European Union territory should contact COVER. through the contact forms available on the website itself or by sending an email to comercial@cover.catWe would study your request and inform you accordingly.
COVER. may periodically modify these General Conditions of Purchase, the latest version of which may be consulted at any time on this website.
II.- Communication with the client
When placing the order, the customer must indicate at least one e-mail address, the operability of which must be ensured from the time the order is placed until the completion of the order. In particular, the customer must check the settings of his spam filter (locally and/or by his email provider) and check that he receives email from COVER. This indicated e-mail address can be applied to future orders as long as the customer does not modify it or request its change or rectification.
Messages from COVER. that are sent by e-mail to the indicated e-mail address are assumed to have been received by the customer after they have been sent. COVER. is only responsible for possible transmission errors if these are based in the COVER. area. The customer has the option to provide evidence of non-receipt of the message through no fault of his own.
COVER. is not obliged to notify the customer of errors, faults or inoperability of the e-mail account. However, the customer is allowed to provide evidence that it would have been technically possible and reasonable for the message to have been received.
III.- Performance of the contract
In the acquisition of a product or service by the customer, in the event that the customer provides a different electronic delivery address (for example, when acquiring the products or services for someone other than himself), this circumstance shall not affect the execution of the contract with the customer. If, however, the customer is acting on behalf of and in the interest of a third party, the contract shall only be binding on the latter if such a circumstance is reliably established and made known to COVER and COVER expressly agrees in writing to the conclusion of the contract with this person. In all other cases, the provision of a different delivery e-mail address shall not affect the conclusion of the contract with the customer.
IV.- Acquisition
Select the product(s) and add the desired quantity to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart".
You will be able to modify, for each product, the quantity you want. By clicking on the shopping cart icon or on "View shopping cart" you will be able to see the complete order, and if it is correct, select the option "Continue". If there is any product that you do not want, you can delete it at this moment. In the same way, the possible stock of products that have been out of stock before finalizing your order and that are in your cart will be updated.
Please fill in the mandatory fields marked with an "asterisk" in the respective order form. You have the possibility to enter some data for the shipment of the order and some data for the issuing of your invoice. You will have to indicate this at this point.
Once you have confirmed your personal details, "Continue" to view the summary of your order and select the desired payment method. Here you will be shown a breakdown of the taxes and shipping costs (if any) that will be applied to the total amount of the purchase and that will depend on the selected payment method.
V.- Prices, Means of Payment and Invoicing
All the prices of the products indicated on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply. To the final price of the product you will only have to add the shipping costs which, if any, will be calculated according to the delivery address before confirming the purchase.
The accepted means of payment are:

- Bank transfer
The payment process has the highest security measures commercially available, and operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Client's computer and that of the Website. In this way, using the SSL protocol guarantees:
- That the Client is communicating its data to the COVER. server centre and not to anyone else trying to impersonate it.
- That between the Client and our server centre the data is transmitted in encrypted form, preventing it from being read or manipulated by third parties.
The Customer undertakes to pay at the time of placing the order.
The proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be sent immediately after confirming the order. If you have lost it, you can ask us for a duplicate using the contact details indicated in this document.
The Customer must notify COVER of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate steps.
COVER. will not send invoices via e-mail; You can request to receive the invoice on paper or by e-mail by indicating it in the field 'Order Notes' or 'Remarks' during the checkout process. The invoice does not establish a requirement for the expiry of the invoice.
Shipping conditions:
Manufacturing and Delivery Times
Manufacture will be subject to the production portfolio, requiring a certain quantity of the same product to be manufactured. Generally, the manufacturing period is 2 weeks, which may be longer in the case of some products, reaching 3 or 4 weeks.
The delivery time for most of the products, once manufactured, is approximately 2 weeks. Due to the particularities of the transport of these products, shipments are grouped by areas, which is why deliveries can be made before or after this period.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated based on the square metres or volumetric weight and the destination address. Before confirming the order, the cost of personalised delivery to the delivery address is shown. Orders will be delivered by the transport agency assigned to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery will be made at street level with unloading at the customer's expense. Deliveries will not be possible within urban areas.
Any product can be picked up free of charge at our central warehouse located at 10 Ignasi Barraquer street in Sta. Maria de Palautordera (Barcelona).
Formalisation, cancellation of purchases and responsibilities
Once the order has been placed, i.e. with the acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase and the confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the Customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
COVER. will accept cancellations of orders under the conditions indicated below. To make the cancellation you must request it using the forms available on this website or sending an e-mail to comercial@COVER.cat within a maximum of 48 hours after placing the order.
COVER. shall not be liable for errors caused in the delivery when the data entered by the Customer in the order form do not conform to reality or have been omitted.
The Customer must check that all the purchase details are correct, once the purchase has been confirmed. If you find any errors, you must notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. COVER. will not be responsible for any errors made by the customer when selecting the product and the desired date.
Each delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and to make any reservations and complaints that may appear justified, including the possibility of refusing the package if it has been opened or if there are obvious signs of deterioration.
COVER shall not be liable in cases where the Customer has signed the Delivery Note as a sign of conformity, without noting any reservations in this respect.
VII. Guarantee
Our articles are guaranteed for the period indicated in the current legislation.
In the event of a defective product, the seller shall proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the goods shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all of the requirements set out below, unless the circumstances of the case make any of them inapplicable:
- Conform to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of the product which the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
- are fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally intended.
- Are fit for any special use required by the consumer and user where he has made this known to the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract, provided that the seller has accepted that the product is fit for such use.
- they are of a quality and performance which are normal in a product of the same type and which the consumer and user can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and, where appropriate, public statements on the specific characteristics of the products made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or on labelling. The seller shall not be bound by such public statements if he proves that he was unaware and could not reasonably be expected to have been aware of the statement in question, that the statement had been corrected at the time of conclusion of the contract or that the statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the product.
VIII. Right of Withdrawal
COVER products are made to measure according to customer specifications, so no returns will be accepted for reasons of voluntary withdrawal. In accordance with current legislation, the return on the basis of the Right of Withdrawal will not be applicable in:
- The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.
- Products that were custom-made at the customer's request.

- Complaints
If the customer considers that their consumer rights have been violated or not attended to, they can file a complaint with the relevant Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC). To do so, and if they have a digital certificate, they can file a complaint on the website of the aforementioned Consumer Information Office. If you do not have a digital certificate, you must submit your complaint in person at our establishment or at any of the consumer offices set up for this purpose.
At the same time, it is possible to resolve complaints between us and users through consumer arbitration.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. If complaints are related to digital advertising, or data protection related to this area, they will be submitted to the AUTOCONTROL Advertising Jury.
