The first letter indicates the reaction to fire of the material in terms of flammability in this case is b, which refers to a fire caused by liquids, e.g. a petrol can.
Regarding the letter and number S1 refers to the degree of opacity of the smoke, these are classified in 3 degrees, S1, S" and S3, in this case it is S1 and that means that the smoke emission and the speed at which the smoke particles are spread is very low, however if it is S3 they are spread very quickly which would be worse.
Regarding code d0, it refers to the droplets or particles released by the material that burns, in this case, being d0, there is no droplet that will be released if the polycarbonate catches fire, in the case of being d2, for example, droplets would be released which, when in contact with people, would burn the skin.
Finally, it should be noted that the materials used are also insulating.
