Industrial roofs
Covers
Currently we can use multiple solutions and materials in roofs and facades adapting to the needs of each project and thus customize the design of the same. At COVER we collaborate with the main manufacturers of roof and façade perfiles so that we can undertake thermal and acoustic performance studies and provide solutions to the problems that may arise in the project in the most effective way.
Types of roofs and facades according to the typology of the buildings:
Deck Covers
Roofing system for slopes less than 7% to 0% where in-situ sandwich or sandwich panel systems cannot be used. With asphalt or synthetic finish and can go to a significant purlin spacing.
Synthetic Deck Cover
Asphalt Deck Cover
Formed by a 0.7 mm thick sheet support mechanically fixed to the structure, intermediate insulation that can be PIR foam or Rockwool mechanically fixed to the support sheet and the TPO or PVC synthetic sheet mechanically fixed or by means of the induction system to the support sheet.
Formed by a 0.7 mm thick sheet metal support mechanically fixed to the structure, intermediate insulation that can be PIR foam or rock wool mechanically fixed to the support sheet and a single or two sheets and a layer of elastomeric bitumen. In this case, unlike synthetic deck roofs, these are not walkable.
"It allows water and dust tightness far superior to traditional in-situ sandwich or sandwich panel roofing systems.
"Durability and guarantee superior to traditional covers, up to 30 years in supply and assembly.
"Excellent integration of roof elements such as roof lights, installations, etc.
"It allows water and dust tightness far superior to traditional in-situ sandwich roofing or sandwich panel systems.
Sandwich Panel Covers
Sandwich panel roofs are made up of a prefabricated panel composed of two sheets of pre-lacquered steel generally in thicknesses of 0.6 mm to 0.4 mm and a core that can be made of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) or rock wool in the event that the characteristics of the work require acoustic or fire insulation.
In this roof typology the slope has to be higher than 7%".
"Easy integration of all types of cellular polycarbonate skylights, multi-purpose, corrugated, compact or vaulted, etc.

Sandwich Panel "IN SITU
Roof system consisting of two simple corrugated sheets, usually steel, the lower one mechanically fastened to the structure, between the sheets there is an omega or similar fixed to the base sheet, an IBR type glass fibre insulation and the upper corrugated sheet, the same as the lower one, mechanically fastened to the omega perfiles.
"In this case the recommended slope for this type of roof is higher than 10% due to the overlaps between sheets.
"Easy integration of all types of cellular polycarbonate skylights, multi-purpose, corrugated, compact or vaulted etc.
"For single sheet metal roofs it is the same system without the omega, the insulation and the top sheet.
"Construction system for curved roofs.
Polycarbonate
We assemble continuous or combined roofs with insulating panels. Translucent, cellular, U.V. protected polycarbonate with bS1d0 fire classification.
Prefabricated Deck Cover
Formed by a sandwich panel with a core of polyisocyanurate (PIR) or rock wool of variable thickness, the bottom sheet consists of a 5-rib ribbed perfil designed for flat or gently sloping roofs and the upper face is formed by a TPO or PVC laminated sheet. Forming a deck roof with a single-layer panel. This monolayer panel system also allows the assembly of a landscaped roof by accommodating vegetation with a strong root system and a type of aerial horticulture such as a lawn, perennials or small shrubs. It can support heavy loads while providing perfect functionality and integrity of the structure.
